The Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport owned and operated by the Campbell County Government is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services.
Pursuant to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines and our commitment to an open and transparent process, we are actively soliciting comments and feedback from the public regarding the proposed scope of services and the potential impacts of the new FBO agreement. The selected operator will be responsible for services such as fueling, hangaring, aircraft maintenance, and other general aviation activities.

We encourage all interested individuals to participate in the public comment portion of the upcoming Airport Board meeting, which is set for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will take place at Thunder Basin Aviation, located at 7 Aero Drive, Gillette, WY 82716. If you cannot attend the meeting, we welcome your comments in writing or via email to Director Chatfield, todd.chatfield@campbellcountywy.gov.
To ensure your feedback is considered during the evaluation process, please submit all written comments by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
